Friday - Ok, this day. I tried something different. Most of the players in RF concentrate on leveling up and in fact it a neccesity to be able to survive in Novus. However, being all that high level isn't gonna make it alone. It's the small details that make you rise above the rest. And so, to be able to have an edge, I tried to concentrate on the rarely seen oppurtunities present in the game. As I was running to and fro Accretia headquarters, I came across the Hero NPC. And then suddenly I realized, with all the loots I've having, why not try using them. And so, item combination came a to me. Yes, I thought of it right there and then because I had many items I could use to further make a much better one. Of course, to be able to do it, I had to have Excelsiar pieces. I had 90 yellow excelsiar pieces and as I read my printout from the Item Combination guide, I needed 30 pieces of excelsiars plus 20 pieces silver catalysts and 10 pieces gold catalyst to be able to create a type C whole excelsiar. And so I did just that. I bought the necessary catalysts and headed towards the Hero NPC. At first I thought it was a sinch but after inserting the needed items, pressed the button and whala! Item ombination failed! I didn't knew it would happen and was already expecting to have 3 type C excelsiar after the session. Now I was afraid that I spent CP just to have no results. But I already had the items and so I proceeded. Second try, bham, item combination failed again. I am already frustrated at this time. This is my last set and hoped that somehow, it would be a success. As I pressed the button, waited a few seconds, I even looked away just to make it much more exciting, and as I looked at the screen, I saw a type c excelsiar with the remarks "Item comcination successful." I was so happy since it was my first to create an Excelsiar. You might be wondering why type C Yellow right. Well, when I was at Ether, amidts the mobs and parties and cinfusion due to raids, I stumbled upon a Fine Missile Launcher. I just looked at my inventory and there it was. I may haved loot it or a monster I killed drop it, I dont know, but it's there. My plan is to make this a Type D weapon, so that I could use it at a much lower level. But of course I needed another Missile Launcher to combine it with, an Intense Missile Launcher to be exact. And the best place to find one is in the UTS found at Armory 213. And so I searched hoping there was one that is cheap so I could buy it. Luckily there was and was vended at 6 Million CP's. My earnings is over 6 million so I opted to take a chance and buy it. Here comes the most exciting and yet most nerve racking part. Time to combine it. Ok, back to the Hero NPC. At first I was reluctant but hey, life's full of chances, why not take a risk. With that in mind, I placed both launchers together with the type C excelsiar. Funny thing was I placed the cursor on the combine button, turned of the monitor and the sound as well. I didnt want to see nor hear it failed. By one click, it was done. As I turned my monitor on. I was overjoyed to see one missile launcher with the item combination successful remark. It was now time to see if this was a good one or not a good one. If it has 4 or more slots, its' good for me. Level requirement much lower or even 40, very good indeed. As I looked it had seven slots, the maximum for a weapon, however level requirement was at level 45. Well, not a bad one I should say so myself. Now you see, that not all that is needed in battle is just pure strength and brawn. There's something that can help if you just looka around and see what is within reach. With this, I hope to level up fast so that I could use my self made Fine Intense Missile Launcher! Chain rockets!!!

Thursday - Ok. Just as expected, my UMT is full of ores extracted from the Crag mine core. As I collected my UMT, I started processing the ores. Because of the times three mods, I had enough CP to process them all. I have somekind of a pattern on processing ores. I start out with the least, the ore+1 type, and then ore+2, and lastly the ore+3. I kinda feel it brings me luck processing as such. And so I did just that, processing ore after ore. Of course I have to go to the coinexchange NPC beacuse I have to exchange the gold I get from the processing of ores. After I was done, of course I'd return to the usual leveling I must have to do. However, the mass raid of the Corites and Bellatos did not suffice. More over they have grown into a large number such that even the high level repelers of the Accretian Empire got tired of the continous repelling. What was I to do? I am in no condition at this time to face them so I decided not to waste my time. I'd give time to one of the important necessities here in Accretia, our currency the CP. Yes, even with the strength and might we have, we still have to rely on making CP's for ourselves, for our needs as Accretians. By this time the map chat was the means to make business. The trick is to look for other players shouting out what they need and sell. For me, I'd be looking for those who want upgrading materials such as gems and talics, since I have a few of them from the processing I did awhile ago. It's a slow process but it's worth it, rather than being get killed in the fields by raiders. I did this mostly today. Of course, I'm glad to say I made about 15 million CP or so. Not bad for a day of business, right? By nightfall, 8pm, iit was then again a call at arms for the Accretians to join the Chip War. Yes, as usual we did alright during regrouping and assembling. Further more, on damaging the chip. However, there's this plan so called Kill-Stealing(KS), a plan where one labors hard work for something but for someone to reap in the end instead. There is such a plan, especially for races that can't match or outdamage the other during CW. We were ahead by a large margin by this time and the Bellato switched plans and if you guessed KS, your right. The Bellato assembled near the CCC anticipating the right moment to strike. After all, its the last hitter of the control chip that is so important during acquisition of the chip. And so, as the health of the chip was nearing zero, 5% to be exact, the Bellatos struck. Some PK'ing accretians hitting the chip, and the rest straight to the chip. When the status reached zero, a message showed and told us we have failed. The bellatos plan of KS succeeded and the Chip Bearer(CB) was quick enough to have dodged the accretians and delivered the chip to the core. Of course, we were not discouarged. Hopefully, we can counter it the next time they try again. And thus, what was left for me to do. Hope that maybe tomorrow would be a better one for me. After all, there still another day ahead that we have to face and endure.

Wednesday - Technically speaking, it's already Thursday. However, due to some issues and errands I have to get through in the real life, I'll be blogging my wednesday at the start of thursday. Ok, so I was happy obliterating some monsters in Ether and just as expected, raiders were lurking from all around the place. The thing though is that they're much more that what I started out it. It seems though that they've launched a massive all out person-killing(PK) in Ether. And yes, they have succeded. I spent almost an hour just going and returning back to Accretia Wharf due to the deaths I get from these so called massive raiders. Of course, I had no choice but to choose a good spot to level up and take advantage of the mods. I opted to return to Armory 117 since the monsters there still has an effect to my leveling up. What I didn't expect was, even the Armories were also infested with raiders. I was about to go AFK because of this when suddenly, my brother was experiencing the same problem. Two of my brothers also play RF and in way also gives us a means to talk with each other. Kinda like brother bonding if you might call it. Anyway, he was sending me a message that he was also having a difficult time. And then it hit us, one of my brothers friend, one of the Guild Leaders of Nexxus, said that if we wanted to go to Battle Dungeon with her. Of course! What a better way to level up at a time of pestering raiders. We had no second thoughts and we joined her party at once. As we reached the Battle dungeon area, almost all affected players were there. Birds of a feather flock together. But nevertheless we joined them. And so, we were entering one battle after battle until we ran out of keys. But by the time, we had a favorable amount of experience gained. Not to mention the cool rewards we were getting by successfully completing each battle. We had to stop since we had no more keys. And despite of that, it was "Chip War". We as a party joined the war since we were eager to get back at those who disturbed our time of leveling and farming. And yes, we showed no mercy to whoever fell in our path and hands. We sent a message that although they were successful in Ether and in the other Armories, we had the last laugh as we took the Corite Control Chip and succesfully delivered it to the core. Another battle won for Accretia. And I have to call it a day since I will be going to work in a little while. And so, I planted my UMT, and started to get ready for work. Wouldn't you be glad that the day turned out alright in the end? I know I am because by the time I get home from work, I'd be processing a bundle of precious ores and obtain talics and gems that I'd be needing. Hopefully be selling it to gain CP(Accretia Currency) as well. "For the Glory of the Empire!"

Tuesday - Before the day starts, I have to wait for yet a few hours till 12:30pm. Why is that so? It is the scheduled server maintenance that has to be done weekly in order to make RF gaming experience running smoothly. As the minutes ticked towards 12:30, I am eager to level up since I now see the power of the Annihilator. It's only the begining and it seems that making a good character like so can bring fear to the enemies. And so while waiting, I opted to read the message boards. And I was so happy to have read that there will be a mods in effect today, three times the PT level and drop rates. This just gets me getting going to play right there on. Ok, now the servers are up, entered my logname and password and so the game begins. Just as I entered, the Accretian army was calling out troops because it was time for one of the three Chip Wars. Just as any Accretian warrior would do, I went to the Crag Mines and try to battle it out. This time, we choose to acquire the Corite's Control Chip. Better known to us as CCC. We were already in place and then the counter struck zero and boom, all hell broke loose as every available Accretian starting pounding the chip with their might. We were ahead of the race and just as we thought things were running smoothly, a resistance came from nobody else but the owner of the control chip. A few Corites tried to reach the chip and hopefully try to stop us. But it was futile. It seems though that were much more than what they have anticipated. But of course, the other race, Bellato would also try to be the last hitter of the Control Chip so as to obtain it, but they just met failure. We acquired the chip and that meant only one thing, a bountiful amount of time to go and mine in the core of the Crag Mines. The chip is very important since it is the "key" to Halostone Keeper. A huge mythical monster that's only duty is to guard the core, however, any race that would have a control chip can, in a way, bribe Halostone for them to mine. And this time it was us. More so, the chip was succesfully delivered to the core and another additional time was given to us to mine. And so, I place my Unmanned Mining Tool(UMT) so that I can further do other things while it mines for precious ores. After which, I proceeded to go to Ether. And just as expected, raiders were all over the place. Some for cpt points, and others are just sore losers. Even though the place is crawling with the enemy, I wont be stopped to do what I'm supposed to do. I just hope that I'm lucky enough. For one day, I would also return the favor. Another day and the motto for the Accretian is still intact, "Only Flesh is Weak!"

Monday, the start of a new week. Yet, another gruelling day for me SOULSLAVE in the planet of Novus. I am a proud member of the Accretian Empire, a breed of metal army that strive to hold his right to exist. Many walk the warrior's path, but I choose to be a ranger to become a gunner, to become an Annihilator. As strong as he is, we start weak, but determined. Determined to take it to the end, no matter what the cost. That is the way of the Accretian. I am now at level 40 after a few weeks of training and leveling, and PT grinding as we call it. However, I am determined to reached the highest possible level I could achieve. To this day, I opted to go to Ether to face and conquer the monsters that are there so as to level up. It is not the monsters I fear, but the dreaded races that also lurk in ether; Bellato and Cora. High level enemies threaten the low levels that try to level up in Ether. And yes unluckilly, I am one of the low levels at the moment. However, the thought doesn't discourage me. No pain, no gain. Even if it means being bullied by high level enemies. I only think of it as another challenge on how do I outsmart them. My spirit and morale is high, specially now that I've just become an Annihilator. I am very eager to test my new skills and possibly use them to the utmost so as to level up quickly. And luck is with me. It was just announced that we are going to have mods because of an event which of course all of us RF players participated and strived for. That will be for tommorow, for now, I'll be trying to as much as possible and as quickly as possible level up SOULSLAVE. With this I yell, "For the Empire!"
